Getting started
Do I need to see a doctor first?
No. Our prescribers are UK-registered pharmacist independent prescribers. With your consent we'll write to your GP so your record stays complete.
How long does the whole thing take?
Consultation and ID in about 15 minutes. Prescriber review within 24 hours. Delivery 2–3 working days after approval.
Can I check prices before I start?
Yes. Every product page shows the full price for each strength and pack before you begin a consultation.
Prescriptions & reviews
What if the prescriber says no?
They'll tell you why and suggest where else to get help. Anything you've paid is refunded within 5 working days.
Who decides my dose?
Your prescriber, after reading your consultation — never the checkout. Everyone starts at the lowest dose and moves up only when ready.
Will my GP know?
Only if you say so. We ask for consent to write to them; for some treatments the prescriber may decide GP awareness is essential.
Orders & delivery
How is it delivered?
Tracked, in plain unbranded packaging, within 2–3 working days of approval. Nothing on the parcel says what's inside.
Can I return a medicine?
Not for re-supply — once it's left the pharmacy we can't take it back into stock. Wrong item, damaged, or defective: contact us within 7 days and we'll put it right.
Can I pause or stop?
Any time. Pricing is one-off, so there's nothing to cancel. Just don't reorder, or message us to close your account.
Safety & side effects
What if I get side effects?
Tell us — message or call during pharmacy hours. If it's severe, call 999. Report suspected side effects to the MHRA Yellow Card scheme too.
Is my information safe?
Health data is special category data under UK GDPR. Used only to deliver your care, never for marketing, never sold.
Who is accountable?
A Superintendent Pharmacist (GPhC 2221199) and a GPhC-registered pharmacy (9013298). Both are on the public register.
