How it works
Five steps.
Start to finish.
What happens between you pressing start and a medicine arriving at your door — and who is accountable at each step.
Tell us what's going on
A short online consultation
About 4–5 minutes. We ask about your symptoms, history, other medicines and what you've already tried. Answer honestly — it's the basis for everything that follows.
- No account needed to start
- Save and come back any time
- Nothing is dispensed from this step alone
We verify it's you
Identity and clinical checks
A photo of your ID, a selfie, and for some treatments a short live video with the pharmacy team. This stops medicines going to the wrong person and lets us assess things a form can't.
- Takes 5–10 minutes
- Handled by our team, not a third-party call centre
- ID material kept for 12 months, then deleted
A prescriber reads everything
Individual clinical review
A UK-registered prescriber reviews your full consultation and decides whether treatment is appropriate, and at what dose.
- Reviewed within 24 hours
- May ask you for more information
- Can decline, and will tell you why
The pharmacy dispenses it
From our registered premises
If approved, the pharmacy team prepares your prescription at 1 Stadium Place, Leicester and sends it tracked, in plain packaging.
- Dispatched within one working day of approval
- Arrives in 2–3 working days
- Nothing on the parcel says what's inside
Care continues
Reviews, adjustments, support
Pharmacy care doesn't end at the doorstep. Message the team any time. For ongoing treatments, a review every four weeks checks progress, side effects and dose.
- Every repeat supply is reviewed first
- Pause, skip or stop whenever you choose
- Side-effect support included
To be clear
What we don't do.
Being explicit about scope is part of being a safe pharmacy. If you need any of these, we'll tell you where to go instead.
No emergency care
In an emergency call 999. For urgent advice, NHS 111.
No controlled drugs online
No opioids, benzodiazepines, gabapentinoids or z-drugs.
No under-18s
We don't supply medicines to anyone under 18, full stop.
No auto-approval
A consultation never guarantees a prescription. A person decides, every time.
Good to know
Common questions.
Do I need to see a doctor first?
No. Our prescribers are UK-registered pharmacist independent prescribers, licensed to assess and prescribe. With your consent we'll write to your GP so your record stays complete.
How long does the whole thing take?
Consultation and ID in about 15 minutes. Prescriber review within 24 hours. Delivery 2–3 working days after approval. Most people have a medicine within a week.
What if the prescriber says no?
They'll tell you why and suggest where else to get help. You won't be charged for a medicine that isn't prescribed, and anything you've paid is refunded within 5 working days.
Will my GP know?
Only if you say so. We ask for your GP's details and your consent to write to them. You can decline — though for some treatments the prescriber may decide GP awareness is essential.
Is my information safe?
Health data is treated as special category data under UK GDPR. It's used only to deliver your care, never for marketing, never sold. Our privacy notice sets it all out.
